Charge Dynamics

전하 및 이온 동역학 / 들뜬 상태 동역학

Time-resolved spectroscopy (fs–μs transient absorption, TRPL, TPV/TPC, charge extraction) to track excitons, polarons, and triplets from femtoseconds to seconds.

  • Exciton diffusion, charge transfer and dissociation in donor/acceptor blends
  • Triplet formation, photo-oxidation and long-term stability of organic semiconductors
  • Trap-assisted (SRH) vs. radiative recombination in halide perovskites; ion migration and hysteresis
  • Voltage-loss analysis: quasi-Fermi-level splitting, ideality factor and non-radiative losses
Fundamental Research

Charge Transport

전하 수송 특성

Correlating macroscopic (SCLC) and local (conductive AFM) charge transport with crystallinity, chain orientation and phase-separated morphology of conjugated polymer films.

  • Conjugated polymer / insulating polymer blends with enhanced hole mobility
